Giveaway last weekend!

This is the view from my work office, I am so glad the weather is getting warmer. March has been sporadic, the temps have been up down up down but moving in a warmer direction. It was warm enough yesterday that I spent time triming my rose bushes. I have the thorn pricks to show for it today and my back it pretty angry at me right now.

I am going to add more to the giveaway today and will pick a winner this week. So you have a chance to enter again if you would like. You can like my instagram account for another chance to win.
I have a container with odds and ends in it and I will pick something from it. Maybe scissors or pins, what ever will fit into the package that I send.

  3. Pruning roses is a beastly job on the body! The gratification comes with the first bloom.

  5. Spring is slow coming here in NE Iowa as we are still below freezing, but there are signs of life in the trees showing some buds and the return of robins. It's so refreshing to be outside in those warmer days! What a fun stash to look through in your odds and ends! duchick at gmail dot com

  6. While I love gardening, I find my back is not happy with me when I spend too much time gardening. Rest and recover! Stretch when you can. I hope you feel 100% better very soon. I do so love the view from your room.
