Jury Duty

I have had Jury Duty since last Thursday, it was suppose to be done today but I will be surprised if we get done on Wednesday. I missed a doctors appointment which I had already rescheduled once, on Friday. Tomorrow I miss a meeting out of town for work. Besides the fact, that at work we are trying to close out the books for 2010, with lots of work for me to catch up on when I get back. I don't mind doing my civic duty but it is the dragging on that is killing me.

Oh well, on to better things. I have been plodding along on the quilt that I started a couple of weeks ago. I have all the blocks pieced and now to square them up and put sashing around them.

Here are the rows from a round robin that I have been participating in for the last year. I just got it in the mail today and the rows are amazing. The picture doesn't do it justice. I can't believe how cute it turned out, better than I expected or deserved.

  1. That Round Robin is just darling!!!!

Jury Duty is always a drag - especially when it drags on. I ended up on one that lasted 5 months.

  2. Oh wow, your RR looks awesome!!!!

Hope Jury duty ends soon or you will have way to much work when you get back there.

  3. I have done jury duty, so I know what it is like. Hope it finishes soon and you can get back to sewing.

  4. Your bird houses and owls look so cute together. The quilt is darling.

Comments are always welcome and definitely enjoyed.
