In honor of the muffin pattern-- towel and pot holder/trivet.... we are giving away a pecan praline pumkin muffin mix from the prepared pantry. Yummy!!! These are so good! I told you that there would be an additional suprise....
So comment on how much you would love this mix.
As an added bonus you can get 4 extra points if send us one of your favorite recipes.
The prepard pantry has a ton of mixes... bread mixes, cookie mixes (my favorite is the caramel pear cookies or the raspberry white chocolate chip cookies) and lots of cooking/baking supplies... Their lava chocolate mini cakes are wonderful! My mouth is watering as I type this... guaranteed you will not be dissappointed with this muffin mix. I'm thinking I should work for them... baked goodies everyday... maybe not such a good idea... for the waist line and hips.... as they say a moment on the lips forever on the hips and as I get older (not that I am that old) I realize how true that statement is.... Carb's are a weakness for me....
This will end with the hot pad and towel giveaway on Friday!
This looks so delicious and I would love to have it! Where do we send our recipes??

ReplyDeleteBLACK BOTTOM MUFFINS
ReplyDelete8 oz. cream cheese
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
CAKE MIXTURE:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream first 4 ingredients. Then add chips and set aside for filling. In another bowl, mix cake mixture. Mix all ingredients well. Fill 18 large or 36 small muffin lined pans, with chocolate batter, fill 1/2 full. Then top each with heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Trust me and make a double batch!!! Keep them in the fridge too... they're much better cold!!
Any particular type of recipe you want and do you want us to send it via email (to what address?) or post it in comments? I have a great soup recipe, but it is a bit long.
