Well we got back home on Sunday night. It sure was a long and emotional week. The funeral was nice and the weather was excellent and we saw people we hadn't seen in many many years. But I feel like Dorthy in the wizard of oz "There is no place like home".
I have the following baby quilt on my frame to be quilted. It is one my daughter in law made out of Fandango fabric from Moda. But wouldn't you know it, it isn't going to get done any time soon. I pulled my left shoulder pulling weeds yesterday and can't lift my arm much higher than my waist. It wasn't that bad this morning but has gotten worse as the day has progressed. Oh well the quit isn't going anywhere.
I'm sorry about your shoulder. I hope you recover quickly.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry about your shoulder....I do hope you get better and can finish that lovely quilt!
ReplyDeleteIf your shoulder doesn't get better within a week or so, I would get it checked out. It sounds a lot like what I had a couple years ago - a torn rotator cuff. So sorry for the delay to quilting the quilt. I'm sure you are extremely frustrated! Praying for a quick recovery!
ReplyDeleteI hope your shoulder feels better. I like the picture of the quilt!
