I just got this promotional flyer from a distributor and thought it was so cool that I had to share it with the rest of you. It looks like you can mark on fabric with them and then when you iron the fabric the marks disappear. I think I am going to have to get me some and try them out.
Not you too.....you and Margaret are killing me. Looks like a great tool.
ReplyDeleteOOOOOH la la!!
ReplyDeleteThey work great! I use mine all the time!!! Just make your marks and then remove them with a hot iron - couldn't be easier. Great for stitchery projects too. You can check out how well they work in my post here http://straystitches1.blogspot.com/2011/04/200th-post-celebration-giveaway.html (it's about half way down)
ReplyDeleteI read about these on Linda's blog (Stray Stitches) and they sound wonderful. I need to get some too.
ReplyDeleteThey sound just great. :)
ReplyDeleteI just saw some chalk like that and thought it looked interesting - this definately peaks my interest
ReplyDeleteYou can buy these pens...three to a package at Staples for $6!! Work great!

Careful....those pens were the topic of discussion on one of the machine quilting yahoo groups that I belong too. The markings do come back, but it's in extreme cold temperatures. May want to do a little more research before marking on a quilt....
ReplyDeleteThey look brilliant. I've just read a great report on them from Paulette at http://sweetp-paulette.blogspot.com/ about the fact the marks may come back, and what to do about it.
