February Give Away

I have been racking my brain for this months giveaway. I decided that most of us are still house bound because of the snow. What do you like to do when you can't get outside besides quilting (that is a given)? Well I like to read,(a good book is always welcome here), then maybe next would be crocheting and knitting. So the giveaway will be a book. All you have to do is go to my store and check out the books and let me know which one you would like. Leave a comment. If you feel like it you could tell me what you do when you aren't sewing. I will leave this open for a week and chose a winner next Saturday. I did get some new books that I just added to the store tonight.

    I would like to win the Cradle to Cradle book. It sounds interesting. I love to read when I'm not quilting. I also have been spending a lot of time trying to organize my stash.

    The bright colors on Double take really grabbed my eye! I need all the bright colors I can get in a Washington state winter. :)

    My choice would be Quick Quilts for the Home by Debbie Mumm. I tend to be a weekend quilter because I work full time and love quick projects. When I'm not quilting I love to read, bake and cross stitch. Happy quilting!

    I love applique, so I'd choose Pieced Applique More Blocks & Projects by Penny Haren. when I'm not quilting I'm either looking at quilting books, magazines, blogs or reading books.

    when I'm not sewing?? why that's most of the time. I love to sew but hardly find a chance to get to it. I blog, I walk, I read, I cook, in summer I garden, I work :(, I play cribbage with DH, I do things with my grandkids.

    Jeannette, the pieced applique book look darling since I love to applique. when I am not leterally sewing on my sewing machine I am doing needleturn applique unless it is the spring, then I am outside gardening.

    Lovely book selection. I like the Lone Star miniatures book. When I'm not sewing I am unfortunately cleaning, cooking or washing - you can guess that sewing is my escape time!

    Quick Quilts for The Home by Debbie Mumm would be my choice. When I'm not sewing, I'm knitting, tatting or reading. It depends which day it is...I love to do all of these and don't have enough time for all. Thanks for such a sweet giveaway!

    Books, books, ? I love books. Especially quilting books. I could be happy with a winter of snow, a good fire, and cuddling up in a quilt and reading quilty books.

    I've never seen "Quick Quilts for the Home" by Debbie Mumm, but it looks like a super fun book. Would love to win a copy.

    Well, first time to your blog, and with a giveaway, too! How exciting! didn't have to look far to see "MY" book, Cradle to Cradle by Barbara Jones. I've wanted it the first time I ever saw it.
