CHRISTMAS IN JULY WITH ISLAND BATIK and a Giveaway

JULY ALREADY

It has been awesome weather here in eastern Washington for most of the month. Temperatures in the 70's, a little rain, a little wind, and lots of sunshine. I have been enjoying the weather and I feel for everyone that has been warm warm and warmer. It is a little hard to think of Christmas when the weather is warm but it doesn't hurt to plan ahead. I made a reversible table runner with Island Batiks Holiday Happenings.

This side of the runner was made from a tutorial by Kaye Woods.
This side of the runner was made from a tutorial by Jenny Doan of Missouri Star Quilt.
I am going to have a giveaway. Since I don't have much of that fabric left I will have to use a different line. All you have to do is leave a comment and let me know which side of the runner you like and you can always go to the store and look at the new Island Batik stacks.I also have some new Christmas charm packs on sale, you can look at while you are there.

  15. Both sides are beautiful, but I especially love the outward movement in the Jenny Doan side. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous work. It must have taken some serious drafting to get the two different patterns to fit together so perfectly! And thanks for the chance to win some luscious fabric.

  16. I am drawn to the Jenny Doan side. It's great that you can flip the runner over as your mood flips! Enjoy them both! This would be great in any combination of fabrics, especially bright batiks.
